Gilette is way to expensive!
I´ve been asked to publish some RAW files from the RED ONE camera. This is a shot from the one minute film «A honest citizen».
- Download the RED RAW codec.
- Download our Raw files
- Unzip it
- Play the small Quick Times files
The file ending with «F» is full-size (4K), ending with «H» is half size,»M» is smaller and «P» is smallest. I recommend using «M» unless you have a monster system.
The small files is just proxies referring to the R3D file, witch is the actual RED raw file. Don´t alter the names of the files or catalog.
To import in Final Cut just drag the small files in a bin and start pluhing around. Here is waalkthrough using CS 4. This file is published with a Creative Common Attribution license, so you can alter it and play around to try your system or whatever. Send me a copy if you do something cool and don’t forget to credit.
